The property is very gently undulating & is cleared with shade trees, divided into four paddocks with four dams and all the fencing appears to be in reasonable to good condition. There is some evidence of previous pasture improvement a little hard to tell just yet as we are easing out of drought conditions. The soil varies from a quartz to loam country & is suitable for grazing sheep, cattle, goats or alpacas.
There is a 4m x 8m lock up shed with a set of yards and loading ramp. Power runs along the front fence & goes across the block a logical building site would be in close proximity to the power. It is an “L” shaped block easy to distinguish once you are on the property. |
