Lot 5 is 180 acres with the west and south boundaries having frontage to the Boro creek. The southern area is mainly native grassland. The north eastern corner being a lightly timbered woodland.
Apart from the creek front this block has an added attraction with an area in the centre containing wetlands.
Access to the block is along the northern boundary over a right of carriageway.
