This property is 41.11 hectares divided into five paddocks. The front has been mostly cleared for grazing with native pasture, some shade trees and a stand of pines for protection from the westerlies. There is a very comfortable, well established weekender with power connected, 2 bedrooms, and a wood heater.
The vege gardens are well cared for with a variety of produce. In addition there are established fruits such as grapes, almonds, walnuts, apple, peaches & plums.
Towards the rear of the property is a pretty steep hill that is timbered but which has a track around one side suitable for a 4wd. At the top of this the land is cleared again with one dam and fantastic views.
Millendale creek runs through the property for about 400 meters. This is a permanent creek with deep water holes. There is a petrol pump on the creek which pumps up to a holding tank near the house and provides water for the house and gardens. |
